Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for the return.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos or videos so we can help you faster.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. After confirmation, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product issue.

Compatibility Notice

Some products may have compatibility limitations depending on the keyboard, mouse, computer, operating system, power consumption, special function keys, macro keys, RGB lighting, or USB hub design.

If you are not sure whether a product is compatible with your setup, please contact us before ordering. We will try our best to help you check.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to complete the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the package.

Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be charged by your country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
