How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of signing for it. You need to send the item back and the seller will refund you after receiving the item. The return postage is paid by the buyer. All returns must be in their original condition and well packaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal, direct bank transfer, debit card payment or cash on delivery. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you change the shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order. Customer Service will check your order and confirm it as soon as possible.
Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified after the order is processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address, not your work address, because we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
When can I get my tracking number?
Once the order is shipped, we will upload your tracking number. Please note that it takes 1 to 3 business days to update your tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days, or if the tracking status is “Not Available” within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the tracking number, please email [email protected] and we will process it for you immediately.

How long does delivery take?
Once the goods are shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-13 business days in the United States, 5-7 business days in the United Kingdom, 5-10 business days in Germany, France and most EU countries, 10-15 business days in Australia and New Zealand, and 15-20 business days in other countries.
Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays that are beyond our control, and some delays during the upcoming holiday season.
Due to the peak shopping season, the shipping time may be extended.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are calculated in US dollars. According to the laws of each country, you may need to pay duties and taxes in your country when you receive the order.
Once your order reaches its final destination, import taxes, duties, and associated customs fees may be charged, as determined by your local customs office.
It is your responsibility to pay these fees and taxes, and we are not responsible for them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs authorities. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be initiated once the seller receives the returned item. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be refunded to the issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request. If you have questions about when the credit will be refunded to your account, please contact your issuing bank.
If you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.
Why is the tracking status not updating?
In some cases, the tracking information may not be updated immediately, especially for registered airmail. However, don’t worry, your item is on the way. If it has been too long without an update, please contact me at [email protected].
Here are some reasons why tracking information is not available:
- There may be a delay between the scanning event and the website update. Once we ship the item, it takes a few days for the shipping company to update the tracking status. So please wait a few more days and try again later.
- The package may not be scanned until it reaches a regional center near the destination.
- There may not be any updated information while the package is being shipped between the origin and destination countries. Once your package arrives in your country, the tracking information will appear again.
- Please note that most packages will be received within 5-25 business days of shipment. The delivery timeframe is valid regardless of whether there is online tracking information.
