Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, and many other countries and regions.

Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can track your package online.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders over $30. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number on our order tracking page or on 17TRACK.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Problems

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help you check the shipping status.

If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will help arrange a replacement or refund according to the actual shipping situation.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
