You will receive your item within 5 – 25 days after ordering. Below is our shipping policy. We invite you to read it for better understanding.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Handling time: 1-3 working days.

Shipping time: 5-25 working days (depending on the distance between countries and customs processing time in the buyer’s country).

During peak seasons and promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the country where your order is shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We are unable to determine these charges during the checkout process.

In most cases, it takes 10-15 days. Since we ship via DHL/USPS/FEDEX/EMS, the product will be handed over to your local post office once it arrives in your country, so the delivery time will vary from country to country, depending on the efficiency and convenience of your postal service.

Please do not refuse to accept a delivery because there are customs duties or taxes on the item when it is delivered. Unless these charges are paid, the carrier will not be able to return the item to us. Our only option is to send the package to customs, and if this happens, we will not be able to provide a refund.

How can you track your delivery?

Once we ship, an automatic tracking code will be sent to you by email. If you have just received a shipping notification, please wait 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated.

Please note: Your order may be split into multiple shipments. If this happens, you will be notified and receive tracking numbers for each separate shipment.
