Cancelling an Order
We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case, if you want to cancel the order. Please contact us via email with your order information and the reason for the cancellation. Customer Service will respond and cancel the order for you.
If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
In order to accept a return, the return must meet the following conditions:
The product is still in the original box and is not damaged.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping.
In order to complete your return, we will require you to provide visual evidence of the product (e.g. photos, videos) to speed up the process.
*Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you a notification via email after receiving and inspecting your return. Your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
